Key Responsibilities:

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular strategic review meetings.

* Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.

* Develop and implement strategic account roadmaps to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximise client value.

* Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and industry trends.

* Provide insights and recommendations on IT best practices and innovative solutions.

* Oversee contract negotiation and renewal processes, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.

* Maintain accurate records of contract details and client interactions using the company CRM.

* Conduct new client onboardings, setting clear expectations from the start.

* Foster collaboration across internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

* Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates, new offerings, and industry insights.

What experience is needed to be successful in this role?

* Experience in account management.

* Have worked in the industry or similar industry.
