IT Support Technician
Durham/Onsite
£20,000 – £30,000 (DOE)

Day-to-Day:

Support the internal hardware and software – maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, etc.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for all IT-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve issues via the helpdesk system.
Assist with hardware and software installations for new users/system upgrades.
Administer user accounts, passwords, email accounts, and security access for staff.
Create and maintain documentation.
Support the wider tech team with both tickets and project work.Tech Stack:
