Software Developer

Location: Bournemouth (hybrid and remote after probation)

Salary: £35k – £40k (plus bonus)

We have partnered with a dynamic software development engineering company based in Bournemouth that specialises in delivering cutting-edge solutions. We're looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our growing team and play a key role in helping their clients achieve peak efficiency.

In this role, you will:

* Design, develop, and implement effective automation solutions.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions.

* Ensure all solutions meet best practices and quality standards.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to automation.

* Document technical aspects of automation projects clearly.

* Work effectively within cross-functional teams.

To be successful, you'll have:

* 3+ years of experience in software development (Java, C++, or C#)

* Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
