We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing and impressive organisation based in Ipswich. You will be joining a great team with plenty of opportunity to develop your skillset.
What is the role?
• Provide primarily 1st line technical support
• Promote efficiency, optimum use of services and end user best practice.
• To provide appropriate end user technical documentation
• To assist with the build and deployment of client devices.
• Assist with the implementation and testing of new systems and features.
What do you need?
• Prior experience in a similar role
• In depth experience of Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Awareness of authentication, hardware and network technologies.
• Administration of the Microsoft 365/Exchange e-mail system.
