Senior Rust Developer
Inside IR35
Location: London, Manchester or Edinburgh (occasional travel to the offices)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Rust Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust software solutions that meet the needs of our financial services clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products while ensuring the highest standards of performance and security.

Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain software applications using Rust and C++.
– Collaborate with product managers and other developers to gather requirements and design software solutions.
– Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
– Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
– Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to financial services.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and estimation processes.

Qualifications
– Proficiency in Rust and C++ programming languages.
– Experience in software development within the financial services sector.
– Strong understanding of software development principles and best practises.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
