Job Title: Senior Delivery Manager (3-month Contract)

Location: Westminster, London
Contract: 3 months

Pay rate: £549.20/day (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join a local authority in Westminster. In this role, you will lead the delivery of the Digital and Innovation elements of the Housing transformation digital programme. This transformative initiative aims to ensure regulatory readiness, covering data, architecture, IoT, resident experience, and technology provision.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of the Housing transformation digital programme, ensuring accountability for governance and reporting.
Manage resourcing, team dynamics, and cadence, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Oversee the research, service design, and data analysis pipeline.
Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the programme.
Drive change management processes within the organisation, particularly in relation to digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices in project management.Requirements:

Extensive experience in delivery and programme management at a senior level.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional programmes.
Strong understanding of agile ways of working and methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience working within Housing services is preferable.
Familiarity with local government, Housing Associations, or similar organisations.
Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, with a requirement to be in the office at least once a week.Desirable experience:
