Job Title: SAP Test Manager

Location: UK Role- Saudi Arabia (KSA) – Travel Required (2–3 Weeks)

Job Type: Contract (Inside IR35)

Duration: 6 months

Job Summary:

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for a key SAP programme. The role requires travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA) for 2–3 weeks to oversee onsite UAT execution, user training, and coordination with business stakeholders to ensure successful and timely completion of testing activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with Functional and Technical teams (including offshore support from India) and must have prior experience operating within an onshore/offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

Test Management & UAT Leadership

*

Lead end-to-end UAT planning, coordination, and execution.

*

Develop and manage the overall UAT strategy, test plans, schedules, and entry/exit criteria.

*

Drive UAT completion within agreed timelines and quality standards.

*

Facilitate user training sessions to prepare business users for UAT execution.

*

Work closely with end-users to ensure effective test coverage and validation of business processes.

Team & Stakeholder Management

*

Orchestrate testing teams and coordinate with business users, SMEs, and IT stakeholders.

*

Act as the primary point of contact for all UAT-related activities onsite.

*

Collaborate with offshore Functional and Technical teams (Genpact India) to resolve issues efficiently.

*

Ensure strong communication across distributed teams operating in an onshore/offshore model.

Defect & Reporting Governance

*

Establish defect management processes including logging, triaging, prioritisation, and resolution tracking.

*

Monitor and report on test progress, defect metrics, and quality KPIs.

*

Provide regular status updates to programme leadership and stakeholders.

*

Ensure transparency in risk identification and mitigation planning.

Required Experience & Skills

*

Proven experience as an SAP Test Manager on large-scale SAP implementations or transformations.

*

Strong hands-on experience leading UAT cycles including planning, execution, and closure.

*

Demonstrated ability to manage business users and cross-functional stakeholders.

*

Experience managing defect metrics, tracking tools, and test reporting dashboards.

*

Prior experience working with Indian System Integrators (SI) in an onshore/offshore delivery model.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
