IT Service Delivery Manager

6 Month FTC | Hybrid, Solihull | £45 – 50K

Spinks are partnered with a leading Veterinary Services brand who are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join them on a 6 Month FTC basis.

As an experienced ITSM you will be strong in these 4 key areas:

Supplier engagement & management
Key stakeholder engagement (internal + external)
Major Incident/P1 Responses
ServiceNow Expertise

This is a Hybrid position requiring 1-2 days per week in Solihull, therefore you must be based within a commutable distance. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
