Job Description

Product Manager – E-commerce / SaaS

The Role:

You will own the platform that is the heartbeat of our clients marketplace. This is an opportunity to own the end-to-end mission of empowering organisers with world-class tools within a growing team where your ideas have a direct, visible impact on the event organiser landscape.

This is a new role that will enable you to own, shape and grow it!

Role Summary:

Our client champions smarter ticketing to make ticket buying better. They don’t just sell tickets; they connect millions of fans with unforgettable live experiences. From massive music festivals and high-energy club nights to comedy tours, food & drink pop-ups, and community gatherings, they are the engine behind the UK’s most diverse events. With over 10 million page impressions each month and 30%+ year-on-year growth, they are scaling fast.

We are looking for a high-agency Product Manager to be the ultimate champion of the Promoter Experience. Your mission is to own the full-stack journey: from growing our range of promoters to building the world-class SaaS tools they need to manage their business, understand their audience, and get fans through the door.

What you will be doing:

Own the full-stack promoter vision from end to end, spanning everything from the self-serve tools that bring new organisers into our ecosystem to the technical infrastructure used for scanning and entry management.

Build intuitive dashboards, advanced analytics, and inventory management systems that make complex event logic feel simple, recognising that a better promoter experience leads to a better fan experience.

Act as a strategic partner to our Business Development and Account Management teams, translating the rapid feedback from the front line into actionable product improvements that hit commercial goals in short timeframes.

Bring the voice of the promoter into the heart of the business by working closely with our internal teams and being comfortable getting out into the field to meet with organisers and see our tech in action.

Use AI tools as a force multiplier to accelerate your workflow, rapidly generating visual ideas and prototypes to get internal buy-in and ensure the engineering team is always building the highest-impact solutions.

Own your squad’s delivery by leading Sprint Planning and backlog refinement with absolute clarity, working as a collaborative partner with developers to move from idea to execution as fast as possible.

Champion a data-informed culture as the gatekeeper for quality, using available metrics and user feedback to track KPIs and ensure every feature shipped adds measurable value to the promoter.

Person Specification:

We are looking for an individual who is genuinely passionate about events and can think like a promoter. You should be driven by a desire to create great outcomes for organisers and understand that their success is our success. You will thrive in a small-company environment where your voice is heard, your ideas have a direct impact, and there is a genuine openness to new ways of working.

Ideal Skills & Experience: 3+ years in a Product Management or Product Owner role, ideally within B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or complex transactional platforms.

A strong foundation in Agile development, with experience delivering high-quality software iteratively.

A genuine interest in the events industry and the commercial gravitas to discuss strategy with stakeholders, defending your roadmap with logic and a focus on promoter success.

High technical literacy: you don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable discussing technical constraints and infrastructure with engineers.

A high-ownership mindset with a willingness to take the lead on the user experience and interface design to ensure our tools remain world-class.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a desire to achieve results and solve problems for our users.

A collaborative approach to working with developers, using tools and prototypes to move from idea to execution at pace.

A track record of taking high-level roadmap items and turning them into successful, measurable launches.

What will you be offered:

In return for your commitment and enthusiasm, you can look forward to excellent working conditions in a progressive and growing company. The client have a friendly informal and lively culture, where everyone is trusted to take ownership of their workload. You’ll be challenged but rewarded by working for this evolving business, where you’ll enjoy team outings, charity fundraising activities and going to events.
