The Role:

We have partnered with a start-up FinTech who specialize in providing seamless payment solutions to their growing client base. Founded in 2020, they have now grown to 15 heads and are looking to hire their first dedicated Product Manager.

In this position, you will report into the Co-Founder and CPO and will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features / improvements, whilst contributing to the ongoing development of the product roadmap. You'll work closely with Development, QA, Sales, and Marketing to determine market-fit, whilst ensuring the product is aligned with the business' goals.

Required Experience:

🚀 3 years Product Manager experience – Essential

🚀 Experience working in an early stage start-up – Essential

🚀 Experience working with modern software delivery (Agile / Scrum)

🚀 FinTech / Payments / Banking product experience – Desirable

The Package:

⭐ Salary range: £50,000-£60,000

⭐ Annual guaranteed bonus of 8%

Working Set-Up:

Interview Process:

1️⃣ Introductory conversation with the Co-Founder and CPO to explain the business and role in more detail (Video)

2️⃣ 60 minute 'deep-dive' conversation with Co-Founder / CPO and Co-Founder / CTO – Competency based questions (Video)

3️⃣ Final 30 minute 'meet the team' (Video)
