Role Description: This is a newly created full-time role to support the current Partner Support team at Fleet Procure Ltd, due to rapid expansion with new clients and business ventures. As Partner Support Executive, you will provide support and assistance to the Fleet Procure admin team and Commercial Managers. You will be responsible for assisting with day to day reporting, data management and entry, handling enquiries from clients, maintaining product knowledge, and involvement with ongoing system development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Providing ongoing support and assistance as required to Broker and Dealer network

* Monitoring and actioning of the group FP support inbox

* Order bank management and cleansing

* Administration support to Broker and Dealer Network

* Data capture, analysis and entry

* Regular system monitoring and auditing, including order status reviews, reporting and feedback

* Any other duties relevant to Dealer and/or Broker network as required

Qualifications & Experience:

* 2+ years of administrative experience preferred

* Good technical background with proficiency in digital communication channels, software systems, MS Office suite and basic IT knowledge.

* Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively, maintain a high level of focus and discipline with attention to detail, and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
