Product Lead – Productivity & Collaboration

What will you be doing:

The Product Lead is accountable for delivering efficient Workplace services, empowering and engaging employees to adopt new technologies. This role promotes flexibility, faster delivery cycles, and better responsiveness to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing employee persona and enabling adoption and change interventions to maximise value and boost user adoption
Ensuring data quality, standardisation, and stewardship
Defining and overseeing Product engineering, configuration, and lifecycle management
Managing risk and compliance, including asset and technology risk management
Overseeing service integration and service portfolio management

What do we need from you:

Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL
Awareness of workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools
Ability to implement agile, DevOps, and cloud adoption initiatives
Experience in managing and delivering through third-party suppliers
Experience in building cloud management solutions
Experience in working with agile methodologies at scale
Data analysis skills and experience in applying AI/ML solutions

What core skills are we seeking:

In-depth experience with M365 suite and tools like Video Conferencing (Teams MTR), Sharepoint, and Power Platform
Understanding of the MS EA license agreement structureThis is a Hybrid role with an expectation of a minimum of two days per week onsite
