Concept are actively recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst in Peterborough.
You will be working for a leading IT Services organisation, on their rapidly growing Service Desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who looking to progress their IT skill set or get their first role within IT.
This will be on an initial 3 month contract rolling contract with the potential for it turning into a permanent position.
The shifts will be between 07:00 – 20:00 with the possibility of weekend work.
The rate is £14 per hour via an umbrella company
Act as an initial point of contact to external customers and ensure that incidents are fully managed through to resolution (escalate where applicable)
Answering incoming calls and emails from customers and accurately logging incidents ensuring all relevant data is captured
Provide an excellent level of customer service to internal and external customers
Have a previous IT background either relevant experience or qualifications
Experience in a service desk / customer support based role – ideally provide telephone based support
Have a real drive and passion to progress into a role within the IT Industry
