IT Service Desk Analyst
Edinburgh (Office)
£27,500-£30,000 + Training + Pension + Life Assurance

An excellent opportunity to join an established firm and play a pivotal role at the forefront of their growing IT Department, who are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to support of the business's growing technology requirements across 1st and 2nd Line of support. The company offers great internal and external training opportunities, a positive working culture with a focus on employee well-being, in a technically varied position.

This company is a highly reputable business with a long-standing history and ambitious plans. They have seen great success and are looking for an individual to join and become the forefront of the IT Department and support the organisations growing infrastructure.

In this role you will find yourself as the first point of contact in the business' IT Department. You will oversee a varied range of tasks, such as support and maintenance of the existing infrastructure, troubleshooting and consistently provide great customer service in alignment with business requirements. Due to the nature of this position, the role is office-based 5 days a week in Edinburgh.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an IT Support/Service desk role across 1st and 2nd line, working on Windows 11 OS, and mobile hardware setup. This position will suit a proactive and motivated individual with great communication and stakeholder skills, seeking a role to grow and further develop their existing skills within a supportive and positive working environment that offers internal and external training opportunities alongside great benefits.

The Role:
*Support and maintain IT Infrastructure
*Working on Windows 11 OS
*Working on PC and Mobile Hardware and Software setups
*Site-based in Edinburgh

*Experience working in IT Support role
*Experience on working Windows 11
*Experience working on PC and Mobile hardware setup
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Full right to work in the UK
