Deskside Support Analyst

Location – Durham

Temp-Perm

Day rate – £190 per day

Hybrid, 3 Days in office, 2 working from home

My client is an IT managed solutions company who provide business to business solutions, they are looking for someone to join their team as Deskside Support Analyst. This would be the ideal opportunity for IT graduates looking for their next opportunity within the IT sector and must be willing to go into a permanent position.

The main responsibilities within the role

Building Devices.
Setting up Credentials.
Tablet set up and re-imaging.
Deskside/Desktop Support.
Raising and dealing with tickets.

Skills and experience

Driving licence (Not essential but would be an advantage)
Office 365.
Active Directory.
Windows.
EPOS Devices.
