IT Support Technician x3 | Windows, Dell Kit, Mobile phones | Active SC Clearance needed:

Must have Active SC Clearance to be considered for this position at this time

Key Information:

Duration: 18 months – very highly likely extensions.
Pay: £140p/d – £200p/d hour Inside
Location: On site in Liverpool, potentially some remote working.
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for two 2nd Line Support and one 1st Line Support Technicians
Active SC Clearance The Key Requirements:

Proven experience in IT Service environment
Ideally certified in appropriate technologies, Dell and Windows to support business strategy
Provide IT Break/Fix Support (1st, 2nd line) either in person or remotely.
Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.
Ensure Department/Contract meets SLA performance targets
Supporting Dell kit, docking stations, keyboards, mice
Windows 10/11 environment
MS Outlook & Office 2016
Software Installation & some App support that comes with it.
Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role/contract
Understand and adhere to policies and procedures
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
