Skills & Qualifications

Apply a proactive and solution-minded approach that builds trust and long-term value
Strong commercial acumen
Demonstrate strong ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
Able to deliver results through people in a matrix operating model through maximising horizontal and vertical networks
Ability to understand and position SThree's full suite of services, over and above own immediate area of subject expertise
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, including provision of data/insight to help inform internal and external decision making, and ability to run customer pitches and events
Excellent judgement and analytical skills – can use tools and techniques to evaluate lifetime value opportunity and ensure service levels and applied resource is properly aligned
Able to interface with all customer/people types to build rapport and get the most out of interactions (wear multiple hats/operate like a chameleon)

Knowledge

Deep knowledge of relevant sector
Strong knowledge of SThree's full suite of services, across all Brands, Sectors, Locations and Disciplines
Good baseline understanding of commercial and legal matters, with ability to work with subject matter experts and departments across SThree as appropriate

Experience

Strong track record in the recruitment industry preferred
Experience in business development (at least 4 years)
Relevant sector experience as it pertains to SThree a plus
