A Dynamic Data Solutions Company is looking to bring on a Business Analyst who will report directly to the Data Manager. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs for the companies number of clients for specific projects and change initiatives.
Documenting and mapping operational processes; interviewing SMEs, conducting workshops and gaining process approvals. Whilst also gaining approvals for the new processes.
Ensuring that Business Requirements are established, correctly documented and analysed fully, with appropriate engagement from the business teams.
To act as the focal control point for Business Analysis working with clients, third-party suppliers, business analysts and technical teams were deemed appropriate.
Providing assistance and support for the operational processes and procedures.
Assisting the business to produce workarounds where requirements cannot be met fully
Key Skills and Requirements:
5 years BA experience
Willing to work with a "Hands-on" approach
Excellent Written and Oral communications
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite; Word| Excel | PowerPoint |
Able to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Able to work under your own initiative and as part of a wider team
Working Experience of: Project and analysis techniques | Supporting Tools | Documentation
PM Experience of PRINCE2 or Similar.
Essential Past Industry Experience: Telecommunications | Utilities | Energy |
