Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support

Location: Norwich

Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 Per Annum DOE

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line IT Support to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows operating systems and server administration, along with expertise in Office 365 administration, Active Directory, and troubleshooting 1st and 2nd line tickets. Above all, exceptional customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote assistance.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for both desktop and server environments.
Manage and administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies.
Document support processes, solutions, and client configurations.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and resolution of issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably within an MSP environment.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems and server administration.
Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and group policies.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA A+, or similar are advantageous but not essential.

This is an onsite-based role, however, travel to the clients is required so a driving licence and access to your own transport is required. This role has the ability for you to continue your professional development and build your skillset.
