Job Title – Web Developer

Location: Cornwall

Salary – £35,000 – £45,000

PHP – OPP – JavaScript – Vue – Svelte – React – MySQL – GIT – WordPress – Docker – Bash

A key client of mine who are a dynamic digital agency known for delivering innovative solutions that push the boundaries of digital experiences. Their team are passionate about crafting user-centric designs and robust web applications that resonate with their clients' audiences.

My client is seeking a talented and experienced Mid/Senior Web Developer to join their growing team. As a key member of their development team, you will be responsible for implementing front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring the best possible performance, usability, and responsiveness of our web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Vue, Svelte, React).
Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code in PHP with a strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
Implement server-side logic and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Create and maintain databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and APIs.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Deploy applications in Docker containers and manage related configurations.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.Requirements:

Professional experience as a Web Developer or Software Engineer.
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Svelte, React).
Strong understanding of PHP and experience with OOP concepts.
Experience with Bash scripting and Docker.
Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Candidates must be based in Cornwall as this is an Hybrid 2 days a week in the office,
