As a UX Designer at N Brown you will: 

Work collaboratively with Research, product, CRO, front end development & technology teams to shape our core product by designing, prototyping and user-testing experiences for our digital products.
Produce hi-fi designs, journey flows and prototypes which show a coherent, well thought out design solution.
Utilise user research and customer experience management tools to understand effective solutions and better inform design decisions.
Ensure your solution is customer led, is validated with customers and is insight driven.
What you need to be successful as a UX Designer at N Brown:

Ability to interrogate a variety of sources when faced with a problem, always looking for answers beyond the obvious.
Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and experience design.
Ability to communicate highly technical and detailed information to a non-technical audience in a simple and straightforward manner.
Excellent visual design sensibilities and skills.
Proficiency in Sketch and experience of a variety of design tools, with a broad understanding of the technology landscape, including new and emerging technologies that will influence UX design. 
Understanding of mobile first, responsive design.
