Job Title: Technical Support – Security Cleared

Location: London – Onsite

IR35: Inside

Rate: £180-£190 per day

Contract Length: 1 Month

Start Date: ASAP

The Role

As a Support Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless support of laptop infrastructure and BAU responsibilities. This role requires a strong grasp of IT and Windows systems, coupled with excellent communication skills to deliver clear and concise instructions to users. Your professionalism, punctuality, and adeptness in customer interactions will be vital in maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

You must have active security clearance
Strong knowledge of IT systems, particularly Windows, and adeptness in technical support.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear instructions to diverse audiences.
Professionalism, punctuality, and a customer-centric approach to interactions.
Comfortable and skilled in human interaction with customers and team members alike.
