Description

This is a Tech Lead role and will be a mix of hands on coding alongside dealing with Stakeholders, scoping requirements, working with their third-party development partners, ensuring quality of code and help with overall technical direction.

Day to day will include:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical challenges.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Ensure alignment of technical solutions with organisational goals.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Develop and enforce technical standards and best practices.
Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.Profile
