Due to expansion, an exciting position has become available for a full time Support Technician to join our friendly team based in Plymouth. This is a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will earn £17,000 to £21,000 depending on experience. You will have extensive experience of working in a busy IT support environment
Have a good understanding of IT & digital services and can quickly get up to speed with our products and services
You can use a variety of tools to quickly diagnose and resolve issues and can communicate with the client using appropriate tone and language
You can work well under-pressure and can manage multiple tasks and projects sometimes with minimal supervision
You will have experience of working towards SLAs and understand the pressures of a busy IT service desk
You work well within a team but can competently work alone to ensure SLAs and deadlines are met
You are enthusiastic about technology and take pride in delivering work of a high quality.
You are adaptable and flexible and willing to do extra where needed to ensure client satisfaction levels are high.
You will be one of the main points of contact for our clients and their users, handling support and training queries relating to our client’s Digital Platform
You will bring support desk expertise to the team, working closely with others to provide fast resolutions to issues as well as suggestions on how our clients can fully utilise the Platform
You will also work closely with our operational team which includes Project Managers, Sales and Software Developers

Initial interviews will be via telephone/Skype with our CEO. If successful you will be invited to attend an interview via Microsoft Teams which will last approximately 1 hour. You will be expected to be able evidence previous examples of your work and relevant experience.
