Job Description

Support Engineer – 12 months – Milton Keynes – £375 pday)

This role is required up to 5 days on-site in Milton Keynes

The hardware engineer resource will be expected to diagnose and repair physical hardware at location, escort 3rd party engineers including assuring that their work has been completed and to also reimage the hardware once repaired. There will also be a requirement to maintain and service hardware when required.

Hardware: Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Apple smartphones and iPads.

Technologies: Windows 10, iOS, Azure AD, InTune and SCCM.

People Skills: Customer facing, working part of a team, focus, problem solving, ability to think on their feet and problem ownership.

Skills and Experience Required:

Hardware: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple (Laptops, Desktops, Printers, iPhones, iPads)

Technologies: Windows 10, iOS, Azure AD, InTune, SCCM and M365 application suite.

People Skills: Customer facing, working part of a team, focus, problem solving, ability to think on their feet and ownership of problems through to resolution.

Desirable Qualifications:

Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Modern Desktop Administrator Associate MD101 & MD100, HP/Dell/Lenovo hardware accreditations
