Software Development Manager
 
A fantastic opportunity for a Software Development Manager to join an award winning and highly respected Ipswich based company on a permanent basis.
 
In this role you will be responsible for project managing and the successful delivery of IT development related projects across the group, while managing a small team of Software Developers, sharing your technical expertise and knowledge.
 
You will benefit from a generous salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis – 2 days based in their Ipswich office.
 
Key responsibilities include:

Responsible for the successful and timely delivery of future projects relating to all internal systems
Line Manage the Development Team, supervising, guiding & advising to ensure their professional and personal development, and creating a cohesive team focus
Oversee the design, implementation, testing and documentation of new systems, within a .Net technical environment 
Key Skills required:

Previous experience managing IT related projects, specifically within Software Development
Previous experience managing a small team
A technical background within .Net technologies; C#, .Net, ASP.Net
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
