Keystone Recruitment Partners are delighted to be working with one of our high-growth European-wide clients as they work on major client projects and contract wins.

A major transformation initiative is seeking multiple Business Analysts to help shape and deliver complex, business‑critical change for a major public sector client. This role suits someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and can translate strategic goals into clear, actionable requirements. You will play a central role in defining how services operate, ensuring they are robust, validated, and aligned to organisational objectives.

About the role

* Leading requirements engineering – driving discovery from a blank sheet through to high‑quality Requirements, Acceptance Criteria, and detailed Gap Analysis.

* Maintaining full traceability – ensuring every solution aligns to business needs and strategic intent.

* Designing services and processes – analysing current As‑Is operations and creating optimised To‑Be models that support scalable, efficient delivery.

* Conducting maturity assessments – applying structured frameworks to evaluate capability and produce evidence‑based recommendations.

* Facilitating strategic workshops – guiding diverse stakeholder groups to clear outcomes, managing expectations, and building consensus across multiple workstreams.

* Owning backlog health – maintaining a prioritised, well‑structured backlog that enables smooth delivery flow.

The successful Business Analysts will bring the following skills and experience:

* A proven track record of Business Analysis work in public, private and technical sectors

* Confidence working in ambiguity, progressing work at pace while safeguarding quality.

* Strong business‑focused analysis skills, with experience shaping services, processes, and operational models.

* Expert facilitation, able to navigate challenging conversations and ensure all voices are heard.

* Exceptional communication, producing clear, concise documentation for senior audiences and governance forums.

* Active SC Clearance

* Familiarity with process mapping and Agile delivery tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello).

* Technical literacy, with a basic understanding of how digital services are delivered.

In return our client are offering a strong day-rate range as well as fully remote working. This role is an initial 3 month engagement with strong potential for further extension.

Please note this role is fully remote (within the United Kingdom), inside IR35 and MUST have active SC Clearance
