Software Developer

Kings Hill, Kent

WFH 2 days per week

Up to £70k DOE

Our client is looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to take forwards its innovative and business-critical Origination System and to develop new industry leading applications. They deliver software solutions very quickly, and to the highest quality and security standards.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure the technology can support the business in maintaining its reputation for fast and flexible software delivery.

* Collaborate and communicate with the senior management, teams and end users to outline project milestones

* Regularly participate in team discussions and feedback sessions both face-to-face and written

* Maintain and improve the performance and security of existing software.

* Stay updated with emerging industry trends and technologies.

* Have a delivery-focused and flexible approach to projects

* A flexible attitude and able to cope with changing requirements

Key Skills:

* Data – Microsoft TSQL skills

* Programming –

* Classic ASP

* Javascript

* Azure DevOps

* Excellent, effective verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to question requirements, analyse problems, challenge assumptions

* Be able to propose practical, innovative and creative solutions

* Self-motivated and driven.

Key Requirements:

* A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience with C# and MS SQL Server are essential.

* Excellent working knowledge of the Agile development framework.

* A strong understanding of, the IT development life cycle.

* Experience of working on or managing large, successful projects.

* Relevant degree or industry qualifications.
