Service Solutions Consultant
Locations: Chippenham, Northampton, Manchester or London (hybrid)
Salary up to £45,000 base (£60,000 OTE)
Full-time | Permanent

What You’ll Do

* Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and create managed or professional service proposals that incorporate cloud, cyber and software capability

* Deliver confident presentations and discovery sessions alongside internal teams and partners

* Support bids and tenders, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy

* Build strong relationships with customers and partners while staying informed of market trends

* Contribute to developing new service capabilities that match evolving customer needs

What We Are Looking For

* At least 3 years’ experience in a consultative sales, pre-sales, or technical solution role

* Broad understanding of IT services, with exposure to cloud, cyber security, or software deployment and management

* Confidence in presenting to diverse stakeholders and leading customer conversations

* Strong organisational, problem-solving and relationship-building skills

* Willingness to visit UK offices regularly
