Job Title: Product Owner

Location: Swindon

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience) + up to 10% pension and a full benefits pack!

Must be able to hold an SC Security Clearance

I am presently seeking candidates for the positions of a Product Owner to join a leading IT Managed Service provider specialising in Data Centre Management.

The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Product Owner?

Manage and prioritise your Product Backlog effectively.
Drive the Product Vision and Product Roadmaps forward.
Gather, clarify, and oversee customer user stories and use cases.
Advocate for the customer's perspective within your Product portfolio.
Participate in Sprint planning and reviews.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure secure, profitable, and expectation-meeting delivery of capabilities.What are we looking for in our next Product Owner?

Expertise in CWE (Common Weakness Enumeration) and VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure).
Demonstrated mastery of agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
Proven history of delivering successful projects in both business and IT environments.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, including a polished telephone demeanour.
Extensive background in IT security, including clearance and assurance processes.
Capable of obtaining and retaining SC Security Clearance.
Substantial experience in product ownership and associated transferable skills.
Participation in initiatives involving UK Government projects.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Cherwell would provide added value.Offer
