Service Desk Team Leader, £36,000 pa, West Midlands

One of our long-standing clients is currently recruiting for a Service Desk Team Leader to join them on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role is to deal with any occurring problems and incidents around the service desk.

Key responsibilities:

* communication, escalations and resolution of occurring incidents

* accountable for end-to-end lifecycle of incidents from Service Desk


* Service Desk background

* Some MIM experience

* ITIL experience

Please note: This role is in a shift team – 4 days on, 4 days off. The 4 days on are 2 days 7am-7pm then 2 days 7pm-7am. Additional shift allowance will be provided for unsociable working hours.
