Role: Service Desk Manager
Location: Reigate
Salary: £40,000 + £50,000

The Role & Technical Specification Overview

You should be confident and capable in the provision of technical and personal support to engineers who are supporting the following technologies:

* Office 365 Stack (inc SharePoint, Teams and Azure/Azure AD) – Beneficial
* Windows Server (2008 through 2019)
* Azure
* ExcelletnTroubleshooting

Personal Specification

* Excellent communications (strong written and verbal communication skills)
* Excellent customer service (willing to go the extra mile)
* Have interest in learning about current/new/future technologies to help the Company, customers, yourself and your team
* To be self-motivated and a contributing member of the team
* Have a flair for problem solving.
* Be able to manage/prioritise your own workload so tasks can be completed to a customer's satisfaction
