Because of the nature of the business, this IT Service Delivery Manager role offers a huge amount of variety and you'll have a lot of exposure to different systems and applications, so lots to learn!

You'll be managing and leading the IT Service Delivery team, for a diverse range of users and will be working with the UK Technology teams comprising of Solutions Architects, Data and Integration Specialists, Delivery Managers and Business Bartners, this role will work collaboratively as well as the UK Operational Site mobilisation team.

Continuous improvement will be integral in this position, to ensure IT delivers a consistently high level of service across the UK business. 

You’ll be supporting and communicating with 3rd parties and clients from workplace, education, and healthcare to defence and hospitality and entertainment sectors. As well as responding to IT issues internally to meet business requirements, so communication and organisational skills are key.

It’s definitely not a role where you'll be sitting behind your desk all day!

What you'll need experience in:

Technology service leadership

Incident management, change management, problem management and service requests

Working in a multi-site organisation

Creating and managing high performing teams

Agreeing, creating and monitoring SLAs/KPIs

IT supplier contracts

Maintaining compliance of standards and policies

Technology networking (WiFi, LAN & VPN)

A good understanding of mobile apps, payment solutions and EPOS

This is a fast-paced, think on your feet environment where you can gain lots of experience and develop autonomy!

Based in Cheshire, this position is easily commutable from places such as Manchester, Stockport, Cheadle, Didsbury, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Congleton and is only a short walk away from a train station.
