Service Desk – 1st Line Support
Job Description
I have an opportunity to join a well-established IT function as part of their Service Desk. This role would suit someone with an IT qualification looking to get into their first commercial role, or someone with good customer service experience and technical awareness, looking to move into a more technical career.
This role is based on site in the clients’ offices on the outskirts of Ipswich, so applicants will need to be locally based or able to easily commute on a day-to-day basis. Hybrid working is available following completion of probation.
Key skills required:
Service Desk / phone-based Customer Service
Good personal IT skills
Awareness of IT Support processes
