Senior UI / UX Designer is required for a growing company located in Basingstoke. They operate a hybrid working model – 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week remote.

The Senior UI / UX Designer will work in close conjunction with creative and dev teams to ensure the creation of functional UIs and UX.

The Senior UI / UX Designer will be responsible for

– Working with project stakeholders to identify and resolve UX issues

– Determining behaviour and objective via audience and user research

– Creating prototypes for usability testing

– Leading usability testing sessions for prototypes

– Helping improve and optimise digital products alongside performance teams

Key Experience:

– Figma

– Figjam

– Photoshop

– Illustrator

– Hotjar or similar

– Client facing
