Our client is the pioneer in their market, connecting senior decision-makers with fresh thinking, an extended peer network, and potential solution providers.
They are currently in the process of replacing, upgrading, and redeveloping the 3 main systems that support and enable the business to continue to offer the most time efficient and effective solutions in the market today.
The Product Owner will be primarily responsible for managing the development of these systems from start to finish, ensuring that they meet the needs and preferences of both our internal users and our clients.
The Product Owner's responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints.
The role is a hybrid one, where you will be expected to be in the Richmond offices at least 2 days a week or as required by the IT Director. It may at times also include travel to our other offices in Italy, Switzerland, and the USA.
Collaborate with external suppliers.
Define the vision for the systems.
Create product roadmaps based on these visions.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements.
Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development.
Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap
Groom and prioritize backlog.
Set sprint goals with sprint teams
Plan releases and upgrades
At least 3 years’ experience as lead Product Owner/Business Analyst or similar role
Strong skillset to gather requirements and document business processes.
Strong understanding of Agile/ITIL methodologies
