Senior Software Engineer
Leicester (Hybrid)
£60,000 – £65,000 + Progression + Pension + Training

In this role, you be a pivotal senior member of the development team, leading multiple projects concurrently, enhancing systems through C++, and reviewing (other) team members' code. Attention to detail, a drive for self-development, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this position. The role is based in the Leicester area and operates on a hybrid basis, with 1-2 days (a week, a month, a year, a decade?) in the office.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Software Engineer utilising C++, including previous team or project leadership roles. Additionally, the right candidate should demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp complex systems and concepts relevant to the role. Effective communication and strong stakeholder management skills are essential due to the nature of the position.
