Endeavour Recruitment has an excellent permanent role for one of our leading clients based in London.

Hybrid : 2-3 days per week onsite

Industry knowledge: Housing / Real Estate / Asset Management.

The role:

* Prioritize functional expertise over deep technical knowledge: While understanding X++ and SQL is valuable, the core strength lies in translating business needs into functional solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance.

* Strong grasp of financial processes and best practices: Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls is crucial.

* Ability to analyse and optimize financial workflows: Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, automating tasks, and improving efficiency within the system.

Essential Technical Skills:

* Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain functionality: Proficient in navigating the system, understanding module interaction, and configuring settings.

* Basic X++ comprehension: Ability to read and understand existing code, but not necessarily write complex scripts.

* Familiarity with financial reporting tools: Knowledge of tools like Power BI for creating reports and dashboards from Dynamics 365 Finance data.

Additional Desirable Skills:

* Experience with change management: Understanding how to guide users through system transitions and ensure adoption.

* Communication and collaboration skills: Effectively communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Analytical and problem-solving skills: Identify and analyse business challenges, propose solutions, and troubleshoot system issues from a functional perspective.

* Project management experience: Participate in Dynamics 365 Finance implementations from a functional standpoint, understanding timelines, scope, and user needs.

* Industry knowledge: Housing / Real Estate / Asset Management.

* Attention to detail: ensure accurate configuration and data mapping within the system.

* Ability to learn and adapt: Dynamics 365 Finance is constantly evolving, requiring continuous learning and adaptation to new features and functionalities.
