MoD DV Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Contract | Long-Term Programme | London | Active DV Required | Open Day Rate

I'm supporting a specialist National Security technology consultancy delivering secure infrastructure solutions across some of the UK's most sensitive programmes.

We're looking for an experienced DV Infrastructure Engineer to join a long-term project based on-site in London.

This role would suit someone with a strong background in infrastructure design, build, implementation and support across secure environments.

What you'll be doing

Designing and implementing physical and virtual infrastructure solutions
Delivering infrastructure projects from design through to deployment
Managing Windows and Linux environments
Supporting VMware and Hyper-V platforms
Maintaining enterprise networking environments
Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
Managing backups, patching and vulnerability remediation
Producing technical documentation
Developing automation using scripting and Infrastructure as Code tools

Requirements

Active DV Clearance (MoD DV accepted)
Strong infrastructure engineering background
Experience leading project deliveries
Strong Windows and Linux administration experience
