We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-impact digital transformation programme within the public sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of Business Analysts in delivering a modern, cloud-based solution that will replace a legacy system.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of digital services, working across complex systems and stakeholder groups to define solutions that deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis across the full product delivery life cycle
Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, supporting their development
Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems, processes and dependencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver user-focused solutions
Identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement to support a successful system transition
Engage with senior stakeholders and represent the BA practice across the organisation and wider community

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile delivery environments (Scrum, iterative sprints)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work across disciplines (developers, designers, testers, product owners)
Skilled in mapping business processes and defining functional requirements
