Position Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Brixton, London / remote
Reports To: Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-Time, hybrid.

Position Overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Teque, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our custom software solutions as the ideal fit. Experience & Education

1 year experience in sales outreach.

Degree preferred, but we hire based on ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.

*

Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage with potential clients and introduce them to our custom software solutions.

*

Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with our target market and business objectives.

*

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.

*

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with qualified leads.

*

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.

*

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies and campaigns.

*

Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

*

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the software or technology industry.

*

Degree preferred, but we hire based on ability.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

*

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with potential clients.

*

Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.

*

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using HubSpot and other industry-standard software

*

Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

Salary

£30-38k+ £10k uncapped.

Working location

3 days office in Brixton, London
2 days home for the first 12 months.
Flexible thereafter.
