As a result of our clients ongoing success we are looking for an experienced QA Tester to join an expanding dynamic team.
About the Role:
* Design, develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the functionality and usability of our digital platforms.
* Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects.
* Write and maintain comprehensive test plans based on user stories and requirements documents.
* Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and technologies.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Experience with programming languages such as C#, PHP, HTML, JavaScript and CSS
* Familiarity with Linux environments
* Basic understanding of SQL queries and Git source control is a plus
Person Specification:
* Strong understanding of software developed lifecycles (SDLC) with a focus on testing methodologies.
* Experience writing and executing automated test scripts using Selenium and Specflow.
* Proficient in writing clear and concise test plans based on requirements documents.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product owners and other stake holders.
