Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a Financial Services organisation to help them secure a talented Business Analyst. You will be tasked with the following:

* Experience working within financial services sector.

* Experienced in understanding and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.

* Strong ability to elicit and constructively challenge requirements.

* Experience working with administrative back office functions / understanding operational flows.

* Comfortable working remotely with stakeholders in different countries / time zones

* Experience of workflow systems and principles.

* Experience working closely with technical system administration and solution design roles.

* Experience in identifying and engaging with key stakeholders with limited guidance and building trust relationships.

* Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and receiving constructive challenge.

* Flexible approach to work where standard processes and templates may not be fully formed.

N.B. working arrangement: 1 day in the office every two weeks
