Job Description

Full-time, Hybrid working model, office hours dependent on personal location.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and rapidly growing entrepreneurial, global business. They manufacture and sell their products throughout the UK and overseas through their websites, 3rd party retailers, and TV shopping channels.


* Responsible to: Transformation Leader

* Direct reports: None

* Works in conjunction with: All areas of business as required: Transformation, IT, Commerce, Logistics, Brand, Operations, Finance and Logistics departments

Key Responsibilities:

* Working with company leaders and stakeholders to help them solve problems, meet goals & identify areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes.

* Supporting stakeholders across end to end change journey, from initiative conception, requirement establishment and adoption.

* Reviewing, analysing and evaluating business process and user needs

* Documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives and formulating process / system to define as is and to be business position.

* Facilitating workshops & interviewing stakeholders to understand requirements, dependencies and priorities

* Dissemination of information in design documents and backlog tickets and documents in order to drive out functional requirements specifications for delivery to, and in support of, the development team

* Suggesting improvements for, and outlining the benefits of improvements in production processes and providing process flow documentation

* Managing the interview, workshop and delivery timetable in order to meet deadlines

* Regularly reporting progress with stakeholders, including raising risks, issues and other noteworthy project items in a timely manner

Knowledge & Skills Required:

* Capable of building strong working relationships when working as part of a team to drive out solutions

* Able to manage moving deadlines and changing priorities, and maintain a flexible mindset when managing conflicting priorities across the business

* Experience of delivering IT system requirements specifications and/or Agile story creation

* An understanding of waterfall, iterative and Agile development methodologies and experience of working with at least one of these across the full development lifecycle

* Experience of working with Ecommerce websites (preferable but not necessary)
