Your Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritise requirements that align with strategic business goals.
Support the product backlog and sprint planning, ensuring a sharp focus on delivering value to the business.
Bring clarity to complex processes, ensuring the alignment of delivery efforts with overarching objectives.
Drive improvements in client journeys through the design of efficient and impactful processes.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
Develop a deep understanding of the business, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Service, and identify areas for operational refinement.

What You Bring to the Table:

A solid track record in a similar Business Analyst role, ideally within software-focused or product-centric environments.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working as part of agile, cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills—you're confident engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
