Role Overview: Hands-on backend engineering position designing and building scalable systems in a collaborative team with significant autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop Python backend services on AWS

* Design/implement APIs and data pipelines

* Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD

* Collaborate with frontend teams and mentor junior developers

Requirements:

* 5+ years backend development experience (Python preferred)

* Strong AWS and RESTful API knowledge

* Cloud-native design expertise

* UK-based and Security Clearance eligible
