Project Manager – Hybrid with 1 day per month in the office Ecommerce , IT Infrastructure , Software Development , Agile Scrum

**Purpose:**
Our client, a leading name in their industry, is on the lookout for an accomplished IT Project Manager to propel their digital transformation journey forward. This role is instrumental in enhancing employee experiences through technology, thereby solidifying their reputation as an employer of choice. By spearheading innovative IT projects, the successful candidate will connect teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

**Responsibilities:**
– Lead and manage diverse IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets across various domains.
– Develop robust project plans using Agile methodologies, overseeing scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
– Coordinate internal resources and external vendors seamlessly to ensure project success.
– Monitor resource availability and allocation for optimal project performance.
– Utilize appropriate tools to measure and report project progress, escalating issues when necessary.
– Conduct comprehensive risk management to mitigate project risks.
– Cultivate strong relationships with third-party vendors to enhance project outcomes.
– Maintain meticulous project documentation standards.

**Measures of Success:**
– Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to successful completion.
– Timely and within-budget delivery of projects with allocated resources.
– Positive influence on team and organizational behavior, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
– Clear communication of continuous improvement release cycles and stakeholder updates.

**Qualifications:**
– Desirable: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

**Experience & Skills:**
– Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a full-time IT Project Manager.
– Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile role.
– Proven track record of managing multiple small, medium, and large projects concurrently.
– Familiarity with Agile environments and tools like MS Planner for Sprint/Stakeholder management.
– Demonstrated success in change management.
