ERP HR/Finance/Payroll transformation
Rate: Up to £750 p/d Inside IR35
Location: Hybrid / Hampshire

TRIA are partnering with an organisation in Hampshire who are undergoing a major transformation by replacing their standalone HR, Payroll, and Finance systems with a highly integrated solution. This initiative aims to integrate systems following a recent merger, streamline their technology and data architecture, enhance resource management efficiency, and align with their long-term strategic objectives.
This top-priority program spans the entire process, from procurement to implementation, and has significant implications for their operations, drawing attention from stakeholders across the organisation.
Preferred Experience & Skills
Proven experience in procuring systems and implementation partners.
Extensive experience in implementing enterprise technology solutions.
Strong background in HR, Finance, and/or Payroll business/systems.
Expertise in managing executive-level and director-level stakeholders.
