Project Manager

Salary: £45,000 – £52,000

Location: West Midlands (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)

Project Management / IT / Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Agile / Stakeholder Management

Xpertise are excited to be working with a well-known organisation in the retail sector to source them a Project Manager to join their Projects and Technology team. My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead on a variety of IT projects ranging in complexity.

I'm looking to speak with individuals who have demonstrable experience delivering and leading on a range of IT projects and workstreams. Someone who has had exposure to an Agile environment would also be preferable, in order for their expertise to help the organisation transition from a predominately Waterfall environment. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to positively influence stakeholders of various levels.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Taking full ownership of projects, responsible for solving problems and overseeing tasks through to finish
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the delivery of projects
Manage project risks and ensure best practice governance
Regularly liaise with key stakeholders, providing updates on project progress
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience required:

Experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the Retail industry (Not essential)
Experience surrounding Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Familiar with both a Waterfall and Agile environments
