Exalto Consulting are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for an initial 7 / 8 month contract, the role is inside IR35 and paying £600 per day.

The Project Manager will need to have strong experience delivering technology change projects and must have strong experience of replacing and implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions.

This is a 7 / 8 month contract role, that may extend beyond and is offered on a hybrid basis, with 1-2 days a week on site at the client's offices in Hampshire.

The Project Manager will be accountable for managing a new project – a multi-year programme of work to ensure the long-term viability, security and efficient operation of the technology services which underpin the client's delivery to both customers and employees.

The project scope includes the implementation of a replacement backup and disaster recovery solution within the Technology department and supporting business change activities.

You must have;

Proven experience of managing complex Projects to time cost and quality criteria.
Excellent track record of delivering technology driven projects in complex delivery environments and ability to demonstrate credibility with colleagues and senior stakeholders.
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organisation.
Ability to adapt communication styles with different project teams and stakeholders, conveying complex technical information in simple terms.
Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects.
Self-Starter, taking initiative and leaning in to support the delivery of project outcomes   
Essential skills:

Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Administration of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites.
Practitioner level qualification in Project Management (eg: APM PMQ, Prince2).
Fluent English.
