Project Manager
Location: Mold (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £33k + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join an award-winning software company with a rapidly expanding team, supporting SMEs and mid-sized organisations to transform the way they work through financial software solutions. This is a hands-on Project Manager role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects from initial planning and implementation through to successful go-live. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, coordinating internal consultant teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through to successful implementation and go-live.
Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring agreed timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables are effectively controlled.
Develop and maintain clear project plans, schedules, resource requirements, work hours, budgets, and project reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships and maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure project workstreams are clearly assigned, dependencies are identified and managed, and technical deliverables are completed to the required standard.
Monitor project budgets and commercial parameters to ensure projects remain within agreed financial frameworks.
Ensure projects follow agreed internal frameworks, processes, and documentation requirements.Skills & Experience

Minimum of 1 years’ experience working within a project management or similar environment.
Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional, and solutions-focused approach.
Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with resource and diary management.
Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar.
PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification, or currently working towards one.
