We are seeking a Project Manager to join a well known retail organisation. It is an opportunity to join a company that is on a journey of digital transformation and investing heavily into their people and technology.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple IT Projects on time to budget and quality with excellent prioritisation, stakeholder engagement and Leading and developing business analysts and teams to execute project delivery

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate a range of projects within the IT portfolio
Develop and implement solutions to meet identified business needs, acquiring and applying appropriate resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality
Consultation and agreement of business requirements, and translation of these into operational plans.
Planning, direction, and co-ordination of activities to manage and implement projects across the full life cycle from proposal initiation to final operational stage
Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to projects, highlighting project dependencies and risks to management
Ensure projects are defined and executed upon to realise intended business benefits

ROLE: Project Manager

LOCATION: High Wycombe

SALARY: £70,000 – 75,000 per annum
