Product Manager

Duration: 12 months

Location: Hybrid, may be required travel to London, Manchester, Leicester, Hursley, Glasgow or Edinburgh

Inside IR35 – Umbrella only

Our Client is hiring a Product Manager to join a team supporting a wider programme to transform and enhance enterprise systems-ultimately helping improve government services. You'll work in an environment that values user-centred design, agile delivery, and cloud-native approaches to deliver outcomes that matter.

What you'll be doing:

Own product vision, strategy and roadmap planning to guide delivery
Lead market and customer research to shape what we build next
Create, manage and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value
Apply agile delivery principles and methodologies to support continuous progress
Use user-centred design practices to keep users at the heart of decisions
Partner with stakeholders to secure alignment, buy-in and approval on product direction
Work with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and delivery quality

What you'll bring:

Strong capability in product vision, strategy, and roadmap management
Proven stakeholder management skills-able to align teams and win support for decisions
Experience using market/customer research to inform product priorities
Confidence working with agile delivery and backlog management
A user-focused mindset, with experience of user-centred design practices
