OT Cybersecurity Transformation Lead

Outside IR35 | Open to Day Rates | Initial 6-Month Contract | UK-Based Hybrid

We're supporting a global manufacturing organisation as they embark on the next phase of their OT cybersecurity transformation programme.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Transformation Lead to take ownership of a business-critical programme, establishing governance, driving remediation activity, and building the operating model required to manage OT cyber risk across a global manufacturing estate.

Key Responsibilities

Lead an organisation-wide OT cybersecurity transformation programme.
Translate OT security assessments into prioritised remediation plans.
Establish OT governance, policies, standards and reporting frameworks.
Build and maintain an OT cyber risk management framework.
Engage with senior stakeholders across Technology, Cyber Security, Manufacturing and Operations.
Manage specialist suppliers and remediation partners.
Define a sustainable long-term OT security operating model.

We're Looking For

Proven experience leading OT or Industrial Cyber Security transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT), ICS and manufacturing environments.
Experience delivering OT governance, risk management and remediation initiatives.
Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF or similar frameworks.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
